BHS SMP Application Form for 2026 Entry

Please note that a 2026 Burnside High School Enrolment Application (which will be found on the main Burnside High School website) and Performance Music Application (this form can also be found within the Burnside Application Pack) must also be completed alongside the form below. This also applies if using the online application form. These need to be submitted before your audition. Regardless of whether applying online or by using the physical form, please read the contents of the application pack thoroughly as it contains important information about how and what to prepare and submit.

An SMP information meeting for prospective students and parents will be held on Tuesday 6th May 2025 at 6.30pm in the staffroom at Burnside High School (access from the main school car park on Greers Road).
